1) Where is my order?

If you have an Online Account, you can check the status of your most recent orders by visiting our Order Status page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your Online orders.

2) What Can I Do If I Wish To Return An Item?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused item(s) and we will remit your account for the full amount of the purchase and reimburse postage costs, only if returned by Royal Mail Standard.

When returning any part of your order, please include the original packing slip, noting the items being returned.

3) Can I Order Products From Overseas?

Unfortunately, at present Makeup Brush Sets are unable to accept orders to be delivered to Southern Ireland, Channel Islands, Europe and ROW. We apologise for any inconvenience. This may change in the future.

6) My Order Has Not Arrived, What Can I Do?

Please check what time you placed your order any orders placed after 12 noon will be classed as if they were placed the next day. If you have received a card from the delivery company it should have a telephone number that you can call to arrange an alternative delivery.
